Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in SEK, EUR and USD. The prices include Swedish VAT. For buyers in Sweden and the European Union the total price including Swedish VAT (25%) will be shown at check-out. For orders from countries outside the EU, the sum to pay will not include Swedish VAT.
For buyers located outside the European Union local VAT and import customs, if applicable, may have to be paid by the buyer in his own country. This is decided by your local custom legislation and is beyond our control.
All products remain as property of Maris Sal Nautical until full payment has been made.
Payments
We offer several safe payment solutions such as Klarna (available in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany and Austria), PayPal (available world-wide), Shop Pay and Apple Pay.
With Klarna you can pay with 14 day invoice, part payment and credit/debit card.
No fee is charged for any of these payment options.
No registration is required for PayPal or Klarna payments.

If you want to pay with your existing PayPal account log in with your PayPal-login and password. PayPal handles your payment securely by using Secure Sockets Layer-protokoll (SSL).
Shipping and returns
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. Customers within Sweden have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original condition. For customers outside Sweden the same right applies. Please note that it is no return possibility on on-sale products.
Transport damages
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately at the site. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.
Exchange and returns
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and Maris Sal Nautical will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the freight cost. Please contact us at info@marissalcompany.com to notify us of a return or exchange, so we can help you. Returns or exchanges without prior communication will not be processed.
Payment refund
In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to you as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.
Personal data
According to Swedish law, we have to ask for your approval to treat your personal data.
All the information you give us or that we get through your visit of our site will be handled by Maris Sal Nautical in trait of responsible of personal data. The information will be used to enable us to fulfil our business responsibilities to you and in marketing purposes. Maris Sal Nautical will not provide your personal data to a 3rd party in marketing purposes unless you agree to it. Force majeure
If Maris Sal Nautical fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then Maris Sal Nautical cannot be held responsible.
