Shipping costs
All orders within Sweden ship for free.
All worldwide orders over 500 SEK (approximately 46 USD) ships free world-wide.
For worldwide orders below this amount the shipping cost is 69 SEK (approximately 6.40 USD) for all other countries.
The exact amount in your currency will be shown before completing your purchase.
In-stock orders ship within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.
All orders are shipped with the Swedish postal services PostNord from the west-coast of Sweden.
Estimated delivery times
Sweden = 1-2 business days
Europe = 3-5 business days
The US = 5-10 business days
The rest of the world = 10-14 business days
PLEASE NOTE. Incidents out our our control may affect these delivery times.
Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to foreign customs clearance.
Returns & Exchanges
It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. You have full return right within 14 days after receiving the products, given that the product is unused and in original condition. Please note that it is no return possibility on on-sale products.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and Maris Sal Nautical will not refund any shipment or payment costs. In case of a quality claim due to damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid, including the freight cost. Please contact us at info@marissal.se to notify us of a return or exchange, so we can help you. Returns or exchanges without prior communication will not be processed.

Payment refund
In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost as described above. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to you as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.
